It is recommended we eat one egg per day, hope you’ve had one today. Egg is good for the body, and we all like eggs boiled, fried, rolled, poached, etc and is included in many recipes. But the unexpected question that comes up is what do you do with the shell?..’the shell you mean?’..You could ask.

It is not unusual that we trash the shell as waste, what possibly could it offer. The truth is that most times in life we dispose of what is really beneficial due to ignorance and egg shell is one of such.

It’s preparation is simple and easy, get your egg shell boil (for non-boiled shells) and crush to powder, no rigidity in its consumption: you can lick it, or add it your food.
